Sufleu de branza de vaci

Ingrediente

2 oua
100 gr branza de vaci
1 lingura smantana
1/2 lingurita turmeric
1/2 lingurita legume deshidratate

Mod de preparare

Mixam branza de vaci cu smantana si galbenusurile, apoi adaugam legumele deshidratate si turmericul.
Batem spuma albusurile, apoi incorporam spuma usor in compozitia de branza, amestecand cu o spatula de jos in sus.
Turnam copozitia obtinuta in forme ceramice unse cu putin unt, dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade C pana se rumenesc frumos.
