Fulgi de ovaz cu branzica de casa

Ingrediente

4 lg fulgi de ovaz (fara gluten)
120 ml lapte de cocos
1 lg branzica de casa
1/2 lgt pudra de mesquite
1 lgt caju hidratat, copt si macinat
cateva coacaze negre/rosii

Mod de preparare

Fierbem fulgii de ovaz in lapte 3 minute, dupa care ii acoperim si ii lasam la racit. Asezam intr-o cupa fulgii, adaugam branzica, pudra de mesquite, nucile caju, iar deasupra punem fructele.
Simplu, delicios si nutritiv!

P. S : Coacazele in momentul servirii de taie in doua sau se aplatizeaza cu furculita. Sub 3 ani au risc mare de inec!
