Ciuperci in crusta de pesmet

Ingrediente

Cateva ciuperci
1 ou
Pesmet
Parmesan de caju
Boia dulce

Mod de preparare

Curatam si spalam ciupercile si le lasam la scurs.
Amestecam pesmetul cu parmesan si boia dulce, apoi mixam oul bine.
Dam ciupercile prin ou apoi prin amestecul de pesmet.
Le asezam in tava tapetata cu foaie de copt si dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade C pana se rumenesc usor.
