Budinca de chia cu spuma de banana

  1. Ingrediente

1 lgt chia
70 ml lapte de ovaz
1/2 banana
2 lg smantana
1 lgt caju hidratat si razuit
1 vf cutit scortisoara ceylon
fulgi de cocos

Mod de preparare

Rasnim chia si o hidratam 20 min in laptele vegetal.
Banana impreuna cu smantana le-am blenduit s-a format o spuma. Intr-o cupa am pus chia, spuma de banana iar deasupra am decorat cu feliute de banana, scortisoara, caju si fulgii de cocos.
Un mic dejun rapid si delicios!
